Your gear seems fine. THo you really have to work on your hit rating. Try to craft Frozen Shadowweave Set.. really cheap and easy to make. It has loads of spelldmg and hitrating. Your spec is 'ok' tho with demonic sacrifice you could boost your damage way higher. But still, Welcome to the guild we could use another strong warlock like you:)

Ill tell you, You need to get level 350 in tailoring. Then get the quest to become a shadowweave tailor. Then you need to run to altar of shadows , get some primals and start making shitloads of shadowcloth ^^(4days cooldown :/). Grind shitloads of primal water. And then level to 375 tailor. Buy the patterns @ the shadowweave tailor vendor in shatt. Then make em and then your the proud owner of the mighty 3/3 set which is way better than tier4

ps: the Robe + sHoulders+ boots are BoP and you need shadowweave tailor to equip them.
