1. Organisation

A. General
Zewie and Gombolong are the founders and GM's of Four Seasons.

B. Class leaders
In Four Seasons we have an officer for each class. These class leaders may hand out assignments in raids, make sure the members
of their class come to raids prepared and keep track of activity and moral within their class. For instance, Class leaders should
make sure that other members are aware which group(s) to buff (with what), he should make sure each member brings the correct pots
and power ups to the instance and that they are fully repaired and on time. Also, he should keep track of how many of their members
are active and available for raids and he should ensure that there are enough active members of his class in the guild to maintain
a proper raiding team. Finally, a class leader should, and will, give advice and suggest ways for the other members to improve their
threat, damage and/or healing output, and ensure that all the required add on’s are installed and being used.

At the moment the class leaders are:

Druids: Gombolong
Hunters: Anhut
Mages: Shivve
Paladins: TBD
Priests: Streamer
Rogues: Zewie
Shamans: TBD
Warlocks: Donttryme
Warriors: Snapjap

C. Recruiting
To become a member of Four Seasons you must apply in the recruitment section of the forums. After that, maybe a class leader will contact you in game and have a chat or your application will be discussed on the forums. You will normally have an answer within at least 2-3 days.

D. Mains and alts
Alts are currently limited to one in Four Seasons, however there are no limitations to how many alts you wish to have in our alt guild.

2. Conduct
Everyone in Four Seasons is expected to be courteous and conduct themselves in a respectful manner, towards not just fellow guild members, but anyone they come into contact with. Any breaches or serious misconduct could result in your removal from the guild.

3. Loot distribution
Loot is currently distributed by raidleader, every loot item is given away after following factors have been weight in, attendance, highest increase of parameter (such as dps/healing), rank (regular before trial members) and what is best for the guild as a whole.

A. Items used for crafting
Items used for crafting special items collected in raid instances are gathered on the guild bank. Some items may be purchasable for members for half the current AH price.

4. Raid rules

  • You must show up prepared for raids. Fully repaired, plenty of buffing reagents, powerups, potions etc. Class leaders decide what's required.
  • Only the raid leader and his assistants may use Raid Warning and Ready Check in raids.
  • Leaving a raid without having given the raid or class leader 30 minutes notice is not acceptable. You might not be welcome to next raid.
  • Raid members may whisper the raid leaders with suggestions but they may not decide tactics and broadcast them in chat.
  • Going AFK without giving clear notice is not acceptable. If you do have to go AFK then please put your Char into /AFK so we can all see who is absent.
  • Going AFK for more than 10 minutes results in raid kick. If you know you cannot stay for the raid duration then don't join the raid in the first place.
  • You must show respect to ALL your guildies throughout the raid, NO chatting in General, NO unnecessary talk in raid or guild channel, NO emotes, NO spam & NO loot linking.

5. Raid Schedule
We usually raid from 18:45 to 22:00 three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Sunday raids are flexible, meaning they can start a couple of hours earlier.

These rules are for the benefit of the guild and are in place to make us as effective as possible whilst raiding.
